Fresh, lemony with a mousse-like texture, this is the youngest cheese from Stone Tree Dairy, best enjoyed ithout delay! A pure delight that local restaurants have been falling over themselves to get, this is something new for The Cheese Shed, which takes some doing!
Helen & Martin Boyd setup moved to Higher Swannerton Farm near Dartmouth, Devon in 2020 and set out on their plan to make cheese, finally getting there in 2024 when their first cheese went on sale in the autumn.
