Sharpham Rustic with Dulse & Sea Lettuce is a fresh, rich and crumbly cheese laced with gems of locally hand-harvested seaweed. The addition of seaweed gives a subtle, savoury, umami finish to the Rustic,  which we consider to be a rather unique and classic cheese.

This was a collaboration between Sharpham and East Devon based Ebb Tides, who harvested edible seaweeds by hand for use in their own products and to supply to others.

Pasteurised, vegetarian.
