The Cheeses With Names

from £8.38

Exclusive to The Cheese Shed, this is a gorgeous super-creamy fresh cheese made for us by Sharpham Diary. Supplied 'plain' to us, we are presenting it in four differently flavoured versions. Originally known as The Cheese With No Name, it now has four names:

Pepperdon | With crushed black and green peppercorns (right hand side of the photo).

Alepperdon | With Aleppo pepper (a mild bright red chilli flake from Turkey).

Zaki | With za'atar, the iconic Palestinian spice mix. The word zaki means delicious in Palestinian Arabic; this cheese is at the bottom of the photo. Note: contains sesame, wheat and peanuts.

Drogo | With fennel pollen (left hand side of the photo).

Vegetarian, pasteurised, about 200g
