Yarlington
This soft washed rind cheese is made David Jowett of King Stone Dairy near Cirencester, but takes its name from the Yarlington Mill cider in which it is washed. Delicately flavoured, with a beautifully soft and bouncy texture.
250g. Pasteurised, not vegetarian.
