Sharpham Apple & Hunt's Wobbler Chutney
Apple and Wobbler? What's that?
Wobbler is a cider made by Hunt's here in South Devon, not far from the Sharpham Dairy. Jay Allan's recipe combines it with Bramley apples, sultanas and ground spices, resulting in a slightly sharp, tangy and lightly spiced chutney.
