Appassimento
Appassimento Rosso Puglia is a full bodied wine made from carefully selected sun-dried grapes. This method - called Appassimento - increases the concentration of fruit and flavours in the wine thus giving the wine a rich, complex and fruity aroma followed by notes of ripe dark cherries, fresh herbs and vanilla.
The grapes used are Negroamaro, Malvasia Nero, Merlot and Cabernet - from the Puglia area of South East Italy; the bottle is presented in a beautifuly patterned paper sleeve.
