Whale Point Pinot Noir
This wine from North Macedonia is a fresh style of Pinot Noir fermented in steel at controlled temperatures to preserve the delicate fruits of the variety. Pale ruby red in colour with a soft nose of redcurrants and red cherries. The palate is very smooth with a core of red fruit flavours and sweet spices supported by supple tannins giving structure to the wine. The finish is long and smooth with the red cherry and raspberry notes lingering on the palate.
