Shindig Celebration Cake
Shindig. Noun, informal. A large, lively party, especially one celebrating something. ORIGIN mid 19th cent.
Ideal for a birthday or any small do, this little celebration cake features a classic trio, with two alternative bases.
The cheddar is black-waxed Black Bomber - a feisty and very popular cheese from North Wales, and on top is a beautiful melt-in-the-mouth goat's cheese: Rosary. For the base there's a choice: either a Sharpham Brie square, or Cotswold Blue - which is still a brie, but a blue one!

Note! The Rosary comes as a 100g log - it will just need cutting across the middle. Use half to put on top, which will give you the look you can see in the photo.
