The Cheese Shed Selection

The Cheese Shed Selection contains a firm cows' milk cheese - usually a cheddar, a blue, a soft cheese, and something completely different for contrast.

We'll make up a selection to provide real contrast across the four cheeses. Two sizes are available; the smaller has at least 800g of cheese, the larger is around 1.2kg.

Your cheese will come wrapped in waxed cheese paper, with a note giving information about the selection, and a card if you've asked for one (we'll ask for your message during checkout).
