Rich flavours and colours were the starting point here - and I think we have four cheeses that won’t disappoint. Katherine and Ogleshield are two variations on the washed rind theme, so expect fruity flavours, springy textures and rich aromas. Katherine is a goat's cheese that has been washed in Somerset Cider Brandy! The quartet is completed by Smart's Double Gloucester and the smoked Dorset Red, which between them take boldness of flavour away in two quite different directions.

And there’s lots to enjoy with the cheese. Two very different biscuits are here - Stag's water biscuits are the best we’ve ever tried, and Peter’s Yard offer their take on traditional Swedish crispbread. Otter Vale provide their delicious Curried Peach Chutney, and Global Harvest their very good membrillo-style quince preserve.
