Made about a hundred yards up the road from us by the talented Clare Gault, this tangy rich preserve has been a huge with another local food producer - Sharpham. For the makers of Sharpham Rustic, Elmhirst, Washbourne and others, this has become their first choice of accompaniment for their cheeses.
