Huxbear Classic Sparkling 2018
Grown and bottled on their own estate, Huxbear Classic Sparkling 2018 is produced from a blend of the classic sparkling varieties. The 2018 vintage is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier using the Champagne method of production, including 36 months lees aging.
This traditionally produced sparkling wine is golden in colour with exceptional fine bubbles and has notes of brioche and red fruit.
Huxbear Vineyard is in the Teign Valley very close to The Cheese Shed here in Devon. It was established by Ben and Lucy Hulland in 2007 with further planting in 2013 which has taken it up to about 15 acres.
