A trio of beauties starts with fruity rind-washed Morn Dew by Somerset's masterly Pete Humphries, continues with our own Pepperdon - a fresh cheese made with raw Jersey milk and rolled in peppercorns - and is completed by the West Country classic Dorset Blue Vinny.

We add a Stag's Selection box, and two more contrasting accompaniments: a set fruit preserve from Global Harvest and Clare Gault's Old Bakehouse Chutney.

For the wine, choose from half-bottles of either Les Vignes du Prince Cotes du Rhone (France) or Echeverria Merlot from Chile (not pictured).
