Frawzy Celebration Cake
Frawzy. Noun, Westcountry dialect. A party, a treat. ORIGIN obscure.
Four lovely cheeses make up this cake. The base is a wheel of Colston Bassett Stilton - one of our very rare non-Westcountry cheeses! On top of that is Sheep Rustler, which is a fruity hard ewe's milk cheese made near Shepton Mallet. Winslade is one of the most admired camemberts this country has ever produced, while Katherine is a delicious goat's cheese which has been washed in Somerset Cider Brandy!
